Extended Check Out
Guaranteed late check out is dependent on availability at the time of request. It must be arranged and paid for no later than 12noon of the day before scheduled departure. Two options:
– Departure up to 18H costs 50% of daily rate
– Departure/ check out up to 13H costs a fixed rate between 50 and 90 euros depending on size of apartment.
Optional Mid Stay Cleaning
You may elect 2 other types of mid- stay cleaning (prices below are for 3 bedroom apartments):
Normal cleaning service with change of linen, towels, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming – approx. 4H at the higher of rate of 10 euro per guest or 80 euro.
Express cleaning – cleaning/sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming of common areas. Excludes changes of linen and towels. Approx 2H at the higher rate of 40 euro/ 6 euro per guest.
Beach Towel/ Umbrella Loan
Travel light. LisboaVacation has high quality branded towels and umbrellas for loan at a nominal cost of 3 euro per item (and 5 euro deposit per towel). Please request at reservation.
Give us your shopping list and items you desire. We will have your groceries waiting for you when you arrive. Actual cost (we will provide you the receipt) plus 15 euro
Our CR and SB/RE1 apartments are designated pet friendly. We will welcome one small or midsized 4-legged companion with a soft bed, a few specialty biscuits a couple of toys, plus water and food bowl. Cost is 10 euro per day, plus additional cleaning charge of 20 euro
Preorder your bottle of champagne- we will have it chilled in the fridge (Cost of your selection +10euro)

Stuff happens. We will be there to help if you need us. Your guest manager is your key contact and responsible to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
